At Coffee Lab, this means stocking up on iced drinks and fruity flavors to fully meet your warm-weather needs. Here are 3 of the drinks we’re most excited about for the upcoming spring season.
Vanilla Oat Cold Brew
When it comes to iced drinks, cold brew is the go-to for coffee lovers wanting a strong, refreshing start to their day. The slow brewing process fully extracts coffee solubles through long-term infusion, creating a balanced product free from acidity and bitterness. We steep our Brazil dark roast for at least 12 hours before serving, maximizing its chocolatey flavor with minimal acidity. Add some oat milk and vanilla to your order to accentuate the nuttiness and sweetness of the drink.
Iced Cinnamon Roll Latte
There’s nothing quite like tearing apart a warm and gooey cinnamon roll and finally getting to the sweet and sugary center. At Coffee Lab, we’re harnessing that sugary sweetness to make a refreshing iced latte for any time of day. The chocolatey, nutty notes of our Genesis espresso blend pair well with the brown sugar and maple flavors from the cinnamon roll. A pinch of salt helps accentuate the espresso flavor and adds depth to this exciting drink.
Ginger Plum Iced Tea
While this fan favorite is available year-round, we can’t stop drinking it once it’s time to break out those t-shirts and shorts. Morning or evening, this caffeine-free herbal tea mixes the tartness of plum with soothing ginger flavors to create a fruity, spicy blend.
